You can now integrate ASOdesk with Zendesk
Respond to user reviews from app stores and other sources in one place. Transfer reviews using ASOdesk and work with them in Zendesk. You can also choose which reviews you want to import.
Integration with Zendesk
Now you can save time and manage reviews from app stores in Zendesk. Transfer all reviews from the App Store and Google Play or filter reviews by specific criteria:
1. Ratings.
2. Changes in reviews: reviews that got better, worse, or were updated.
3. Countries on the App Store and languages on Google Play.
4. Review length: less than 3 words or more than 3 words.
You can also import up to 100 new app reviews that haven’t been replied to.
On the Zendesk review box, you will see ASOdesk tags, which will give additional information about the user: device, operating system, and app version. The same parameters can be seen in the review box in the ASOdesk Replies & Reviews Board.
You can enable or disable the tags at any time during integration.
Transfer review response templates from your ASOdesk account. This will allow you to respond to typical reviews much faster.

New interface of integrations
We’ve updated the integrations page to make it more user-friendly. It only contains the most necessary blocks now, and all data about consoles and Zendesk is easier to read.
Zendesk now has a full-screen window that lets you focus entirely on the integration process. Later, these windows will become available for integrations with App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
