Apple expanded App Store language support for India
Apple added support for 10 new languages for the Indian App Store:
Bangla, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

Slovenian has also been added as a new language in the App Store.
This update enables developers to localize metadata for additional locales, gain more organic traffic from India, and test cross-localization strategies within a single region.
New monthly subscription option in the App Store
Apple introduced a new type of auto-renewable subscription — monthly subscriptions with a 12-month term.
Developers can now offer subscriptions with monthly billing over a fixed 12-month term. This model makes subscriptions more affordable through split payments while maintaining a predictable revenue stream.

Users can cancel the subscription at any time, but it will remain active until the end of the committed period. The Apple Account also shows the number of remaining payments, and users receive notifications before each charge.
The new subscription type can be configured in App Store Connect and will be available globally (excluding the United States and Singapore) starting with iOS 26.5 and later.
