What is the specificity of ASO in your area, for example, the seasonality of search queries, high competition, the existence of a monopoly?
More than 450 services are available for PROFI.RU users. Services have different seasonality. This is both our advantage and complexity for ASO. We know that in August and January people start actively looking for tutors, so we optimize ASO with a focus on tutors; in November-December, a focus on the masters of beauty, in May on the masters of repair.
How do you work with ASO, how often do you update applications for new meta-data, how do you track changes, how many employees do you have in the team dealing with this process?

We move the keywords, we add, we remove something for each release. Keywords dynamics are monitored in Keyword Analytics.
Graphical ASO is updated when the high season begins for any category of services, or when a good idea appears. It is assessed by the analytics of applications from itunes.

Android
Keyword Analytics is also monitored through Keyword Analytics.
All page optimization is carried out through consecutive A/B testing in Play.
