Telegram — a new integration for review management in Asodesk

Asodesk continues to expand its ecosystem of integrations.

Telegram in Asodesk now supports all report and alert types on par with Email and Slack — and also allows you to reply to user reviews directly in the messenger via a bot.

To set up reports and alerts in Telegram, you need to connect the bot and obtain the Chat ID to configure notifications in Asodesk. The bot can be added to both Telegram channels and group chats.

The bot must be added to your group or channel as an administrator.

After adding the bot to your group or channel, go to the Connections Hub tab in Asodesk to configure Telegram reports and alerts. You can select the apps and countries you want to receive notifications for, as well as set the report delivery frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly.

ASO Report

With the Telegram integration, you can receive reports that help you evaluate your ASO performance over a selected period of time.

Reviews Report

You will also have access to a summary of reviews and ratings.

Keywords Report

The Keyword Report is another feature available with the Telegram integration. It allows you to analyze keyword popularity and track changes in your app’s rankings over time.

App Overview Report

The App Overview Report provides key insights into your app, including tracked keywords, rankings, featuring status, reviews, and updates for each app monitored in Asodesk.

New Review Alert

With the New Review Alert feature, you can receive real-time notifications about new reviews — enabling you to respond to user feedback more efficiently, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve user satisfaction.

The “Number of negative reviews is more than” alert notifies you when the volume of negative reviews increases. You can define the threshold and the time period for which you want to receive these notifications.

This helps you quickly address user issues and respond proactively to emerging problems.

The Telegram integration also allows you to reply to user reviews directly through the bot — without leaving the messenger.

Once you enable the Reply to Reviews report in the Connections Hub, reviews will be automatically delivered to your selected channels. In Telegram, you’ll receive a message where you can submit your reply directly.

The Telegram integration supports all app stores available in Asodesk, including the App Store and Google Play, as well as alternative stores such as RuStore, Huawei AppGallery, and Samsung Galaxy Store.
