Samsung Galaxy Store — a new integration for review management in Asodesk
Following Huawei AppGallery, we’re excited to introduce the Samsung Galaxy Store integration.
Now in Asodesk, alongside the App Store and Google Play, you can work with reviews from two alternative app stores — Galaxy Store and AppGallery — all in one interface.
Available Features in the Samsung Galaxy Store Integration

The integration with Samsung Galaxy Store allows you to reply to user reviews via the Reviews & Replies Board in Asodesk.
Reviews & Replies Board is Asodesk’s core tool for working with user feedback. It helps you track app store reviews in a single interface and never miss important user comments.
Reviews are automatically synced from the Samsung console to Asodesk every 30 minutes, allowing you to respond quickly to feedback and maintain a high level of user experience.

Auto-tags is a tool for automatic review classification by categories. It helps you identify recurring issues, track user experience trends, and quickly discover product growth opportunities.

Tags Analysis allows you to analyze Samsung Galaxy Store app reviews labeled with specific tags.
You can select any analysis period and compare it with the previous one — for example, compare the current week’s metrics with the previous week to track changes and draw insights for product optimization and your ASO strategy.

Auto-Replies allows you to set up automatic responses to user reviews for your app in the Galaxy Store. Automatic review replies save time and resources by enabling you to respond to customer feedback quickly. This helps increase user satisfaction and loyalty, as users feel that their feedback is heard.
