We develop solutions for intelligent document processing and automation. In the App Store and Google Play, we have three apps for different user tasks:

ABBYY FineReader PDF allows you to scan documents, create electronic copies of them in PDF and JPEG formats, recognize text, and extract it from scanned images. The app is available as a paid and free version.

ABBYY Business Card Reader allows you to scan business cards in 25 languages and save all the data to your contact list, as well as manage them on a mobile device.

ABBYY TextGrabber digitizes fragments of printed text and reads QR codes, as well as allows you to instantly perform a desired action, for example, select a number in the text and add it to the contact list.
Specifics: updating the promotion strategy depending on the level of revenue
We promote our apps in almost every country. Significant markets for our company are European countries, as well as the United Kingdom, the United States, and Japan.

From time to time, we adapt apps to priority markets depending on the level of revenue and installs in those countries. If user engagement and positive trends in important metrics (MAU, ARPU, etc.) in certain countries are noticeable, we begin to pay more attention to these regions. This helps both increase revenue and improve user satisfaction.

ASO is the primary channel for attracting users, thanks to which we has achieved growth in installs over several years.

1. Search for the right keywords for the semantic core
We use Keyword Auto-Suggestions and Keyword Manager to find the most popular and effective keywords for our apps.

2. Analysis of keywords from which competitors receive installs
If there are negative dynamics in installs, mobile marketing specialists select new keywords with the help of competitor analysis.
We actively use Organic Report and noted that it is one of the best Asodesk tools that influence the growth of organic traffic. With this tool, specialists can determine from which keywords competitors receive the largest number of installs.

The tool helps us to avoid missing important keywords, and highlights stop words and repetitions in the Title, Subtitle, and keyword fields.

4. Analysis of fluctuation in keyword rankings over time
We use Keyword History to track changes in app positions for keywords. For example, the chart shows how positions grew from 50–70th to the top 10 in Spain for three keywords.

5. Tracking changes for the most important keywords
We use Favorite Keywords to see how positions for selected keywords have changed.

Keyword Highlights allows us to track the rise and fall in positions for all keywords in a given country.
